Smart notifications and SMS bundles
The notification centre keeps every communication consistent with drivers, hotels and corporate clients: SMS and email templates share the same branding and can include rich content when needed. If a channel is unavailable, automatic fallback kicks in so no message is left hanging.

Workflow in detail
How the module works
Each section below reflects features already available in Movio and explains how they’re used in daily operations.
Coordinated templates
Operators build messages once and reuse them in all required languages, keeping corporate client logos and colours. Each send can include links, PDFs and job details to avoid parallel briefings.
Fallback always on
When Movio detects that the driver app did not receive a push or that the SMS number is unreachable, it automatically routes the backup email or alternative message. Dispatchers instantly see which channel was used without chasing drivers manually.
Searchable history
Every notification is logged with timestamp, status and recipients. In case of disputes or audits, just filter the history by job or vehicle and retrieve proof of sending.
